This project was fuelled by the client’s passion for new materials and a design for future living where accessibility was key. The bungalow, extended to provide a modern open plan living space and master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room was set in a beautiful landscaped garden with level access from the main space. Charred timber cladding and an uncoated zinc roof gave drama and curiosity  to an otherwise unassuming side extension.
